Macmillan’s Round Louth Walk will be different this year

Louth’s Macmillan Fundraising Group organises the Round Louth Walk at Hubbards Hills every January and this is usually one of their biggest fundraising events of the year - but things will have to be a bit different this time.

Ingrid Ashton, speaking on behalf of the group, said: “This year we have decided that it will not be safe for us to hold the event, as we usually do with check-in at Hubbards Hills, as this could be difficult to maintain social distancing.

“Instead, we encourage everyone to still take part on January 3 - or if they prefer, on a day of their choice - and even a walk of their choice!”
