Man faces trial after life may have been endangered in arson attack in Skegness
A 59 YEAR old Skegness man has appeared in court in Boston on a charge of committing arson at aproperty belonging to Ellis Bros Ltd.
Lawrence Buckingham of Brunswick Drive Way was sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court with a first appearance on January 11.
The charge alleged recklessness as to whether or not life was endangered on the 14th of June.
Buckingham was granted bail until the trial on the condition that he reside at his home address and does not enter Scarborough Avenue.
