A man has appeared in court over the death of a pedestrian in a collision in Boston.

Lee Graham Blatchford, 33, is accused of causing David Scott’s death by dangerous driving.

Blatchford was in a Range Rover when the collision happened in Sleaford Road on October 18, 2018.

Mr Scott died in hospital two days later.

Blatchford, of Tamar View, St Dominick, Saltash, Cornwall, appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

The case was sent to Lincoln Crown Court for a hearing on February 12 and the defendant was granted unconditional bail.
