Man summoned to court after fatal collision in Gainsborough

Elroy Fernandes, of Walker Road, Glinton, is accused of causing death by careless driving.

The summons follows an investigation into a collision on Lea Road, Gainsborough on Saturday, April 20, 2024 which sadly led to the death of a 94-year-old woman.

Mr Fernandes is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on June 19, 2025.
