Alison Shipperbottom, centre manager at Marshall’s Yard, said: “We are working closely with all our returning store teams to ensure that we have a smooth and safe return to trading next week.

“We would ask customers to plan their journeys and to check opening times before they visit and as we get more information through from other stores, we will update our website and social media.

“We are really fortunate here at Marshall’s Yard that that the centre has been designed with space in mind, so we have our lovely wide walkways and attractive landscaped areas.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming our shoppers back in this first phase of stores reopening and the safety of our visitors and staff will of course be our priority.”
