‘Moo-ve along’ - Police called to cow in Boston supermarket car park
Lincolnshire Police has this evening (Monday, May 4) been receiving a number of reports of a cow in the car park of Lidl.
The force shared the news via its Force Control Room Twitter account shortly after 7pm, saying it had ‘officers en route to assist’.

Hide AdThirty minutes later, it updated its followers to say the cow had been ‘mooooved on’ and was now back in the field,
In between, as you might expect, there was bovine-based banter aplenty ...
Peter Wright said: “I know Lidl’s meat is usually fresh, but....”.
Michael Modder-Fitch said: “Maybe it was conducting a steak out” – to which Lincolnshire Police suggested it ‘could have been udder-cover’.
