“They have been integral to the ongoing success and development of the business over many years.

“George has modernized our agricultural department and Al has overseen a period of significant growth in our professional survey and valuation department.

“They are very well respect by both clients and professional peers.”

Mr Wing added: “One of the key reasons our firm has managed to be successful for such a long period of time is that we have continually adapted to the needs of our clients and embraced the challenges of an ever changing world, whether it be in providing Covid secure virtual viewings or moving our auction sales online.

“Our company has always led the field in advances in estate agency.

“I am excited to work with George, Al and all of our team as we enter the next stage of our company’s development with Robert’s continued support.

Mr Harrison joined the firm in 2011 and specialises in all agricultural matters including valuations, sales and lettings, management, agricultural business and property advice, subsidy and environmental advice, landlord and tenant, succession planning, planning and diversification feasibility, compensation claims and forestry matters.

He said: “It has always been a pleasure working at Robert Bell and Co because of the excellent staff and the ethos Robert Bell has created.

“I am most grateful to Robert for the opportunity to taking up the management with Tony and Al and equally pleased that he remains involved to offer his support and wise counsel.

Mr Boulton joined in 2006,completing his post graduate diploma in surveying whilst working and gained Chartered status in 2010.

He heads up the Professional Survey and Valuation department.

Mr Boulton believes the company can look forward to a positive future.

He said: “Against all odds, the residential housing market performed exceptionally well in 2020 and has started brightly in 2021.

“I expect our area to continue to perform strongly as buyers are attracted by the fantastic standard of living offered in Lincolnshire, increasingly good transport links and job opportunities, not to mention the growing trend toward home working.”
