New website helps residents take next career step
People across Lincolnshire are being encouraged to explore new career opportunities as part of National Careers Week.
Whether you’re looking to retrain, upskill, return to work or take the next step up the ladder, a dedicated careers website aims to help residents of all ages plan their future.
The 2aspire careers site offers practical advice and information on career pathways across key local industries, including details on skills, qualifications and training routes. It also highlights apprenticeships, further education options and live employment opportunities.
The platform is designed for students, job seekers and those considering a career change, bringing together guidance and local labour market information in one place.

Councillor Liam Kelly, Executive Councillor for Growth at Lincolnshire County Council, said: “National Careers Week is the perfect opportunity for people to reflect on their career aspirations and see what’s out there.
“We have fantastic home-grown talent and businesses in Lincolnshire, and our council is keen to link these together to retain our best and brightest and promote growth.
“The 2aspire careers website promotes our thriving sectors and helps people make informed decisions, connect with real opportunities and develop long-lasting and meaningful careers in the county.”
Schools, colleges and employers are also being encouraged to share opportunities during the week to inspire both young people and adults.
