PICTURES: Louth residents pay their respects to fallen heroes

Following the cancellation of last year’s commemorations due to the pandemic, large crowds turned out in their droves this year to watch the parade, the laying of the wreaths, and a short service and observe the two minutes’ silence.

Afterwards, contingents marched back through the town centre towards St James’ Church, where divine worship was held.
