Pilgrims kick off season with televised clash! Three Boston United fans featured on quiz show Only Connect

Three Boston United fans kicked off their campaign on TV quiz show Only Connect last night.

Pat Everitt played a central role, flanked by Rick and Pam Tooley as their team - Pilgrims - took on rivals Corkscrews in the challenging BBC Two show, hosted by Victoria Coren-Mitchell.

Pat - well known for sporting United kits across the globe - skippered the team.

Meanwhile, teammate Rick recently shared his Pilgrims memories with the Standard as part of the My York Street series.
