Tony Lawton, managing director of Stirlin, said: “We’re delighted to receive planning approval for the first phase of our new business park in Gainsborough

"With the notable shortage of modern commercial property in the area, we are pleased to be able to provide new employment space to support the growth of the local business base, with our Stirlin Place development and now Willoughton Place.

“We have appointed Pygott & Crone as our sole agents for Willoughton Place.

"With the recent success of our collective efforts on developments such as Stirlin Place, Leafbridge and Kirk’s Yard, we had no doubt that they were the right agents to market this exciting new opportunity.”

Tim Downing, director of Pygott & Crone, said: “We are very much excited to launch Stirlin’s Willoughton Place, which follows the success of their Stirlin Place development in the town as another great opportunity for businesses and investors looking to expand and relocate.

"Stirlin’s continued investment into Gainsborough is testament to the appeal of the town and its continued growth and expansion into an area to live, work and invest in.”
