Councillor Stephen Bunney, who chairs the partnership group, said: “This is a marvellous opportunity to appreciate our local businesses.
“It is also the ideal time to see the seasonally dressed shop windows, as well as the Christmas lights and Christmas trees in the Market Place and up and down the shopping streets.

“Start thinking too about your favourite for the shop window competitions, which will take place later on in the month.”
There is an added incentive for shoppers this Saturday too, with a Market Rasen shopping voucher to be won.
Coun Bunney said: “Every local shopper using one of our independent shops this Saturday will have the opportunity to enter a free draw.
“There is one entry per shopper for each shop visited.
“The results will be announced next week - and the winner will receive a voucher to spend in Market Rasen to further support our local traders.”
