Rasen couple awarded Princess Diana Award

Gary and Elisabeth Eastburn have been announced as the recipients of the Diana Princess of Wales Community Award.

The award, handed out annually, is given by Market Rasen Town Council to a resident for ‘compassion and 
service’.

Mr and Mrs Eastburn were confirmed as the winners at the annual Town Meeting last Wednesday (April 26) for the support they gave to their neighbour – Market Rasen town councillor Martin Harvey – after his wife passed away.
