Donations were also given to Market Rasen Children’s Christmas Tree Fund to purchase the town’s Christmas tree; Pegasus Childcare Centre at Osgodby for outdoor playsuits for the children; Market Rasen Scout Group for a new perimeter fence around their meeting hall; Market Rasen Youth Club towards the purchase of a projector for film nights and to help set up the new Young People Matter Youth Group.

There has been ongoing support for MRAG (Market Rasen Action Group), the Community Spirit magazine and L-Cat during the current pandemic.

Round Table member Paddy Cameron said: “Our beer festival struggled with colder weather than normal, but we were still able to raise funds, however our annual bonfire display was once again well attended and we say a huge big thanks to the community for this support.

“We hope to hold a beer festival later this year when government guidance allows.”
