Rasen's champion cadet
Market Rasen Air Cadet James Dowman enjoyed a very successful day at the Trent Wing Athletics Championship.
He won the 400m, finished third in the 800m and fourth in the high jump.
He will now go on to represent Trent Wing in the Regional Championships.
