Show us what is lifting your spirits under coronavirus lockdown in our Rays of Sunshine feature!

This week, aside from our ongoing support for healthcare and key workers keeping the country running, we are also looking to our wider community enduring coronavirus lockdown. Our Rays of Sunshine feature is showcasing what has been helping to make our readers smile and lift their spirits during the coronavirus crisis.

It can be something as simple as a beautiful walk near where you live, your family, a pet, a mural, an act of kindness - the list is endless. All you need to do is post your pictures on our Facebook page saying what has made you smile, saying something like: “This is XXX and this is what has made me smile during this crisis.” We pledge to show our #raysofsunshine each Thursday on our website www.sleafordstandard.co.uk as well as in the paper.
