Social care provider launches biggest-ever recruitment drive in Lincolnshire

A social care giant has launched its largest recruitment campaign ever in Lincolnshire, aiming to attract a new generation of people into the sector.

The You’re Not Just Anyone campaign by Lifeways Group – the UK’s largest provider of support for adults with complex needs – seeks to inspire people from all walks of life to consider a career in social care.

Lifeways employs 10,000 people across the UK, supporting more than 4,000 individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives in their communities. The Lincolnshire drive will target career changers, retirees, military veterans, hospitality leavers, young people not in education, employment or training (NEETs), and those returning to work.

James Westwood-Beere, Chief People Officer at Lifeways, said: “We’re excited to bring You’re Not Just Anyone to Lincolnshire.

"It’s our biggest and most ambitious recruitment drive ever and it sends a powerful message – not just anyone can do this job. It takes empathy, compassion and resilience, but these qualities can come from all walks of life. Demand for support workers is growing, and this is a chance for people looking for more purpose in their working lives.”

At the heart of the campaign is a short film showing the life-changing impact of social care, featuring Jessie and Caroline – two people supported by Lifeways. The film is available on YouTube.

Lifeways offers competitive pay, training and development opportunities, and a strong benefits package, creating teams where employees feel valued, supported, and able to make a real impact.

The campaign will run throughout 2026 across social media, local press, and community events in Lincolnshire.
