“We have a lot of guests to talk to who are booked between 15 March and 16 May and to do this in the fairest way, we will do this in date order over three phases.

“If you’re booked between the 15 March and 28 March, you will receive an email from us with a list of your options. We ask you to please wait for this email to arrive, please do not call or email us at this time.

“If your break falls from the 29 March to 16 May, please do bear with us. We’ll be in touch as soon as we’ve worked through the previous phase of cancellations. Again, we ask you do not contact us at this time as our team work through guests in date order.

“The stage is set and we’re ready to welcome you all soon!”

In the Government’s easing of lockdown restrictions, from May 17, the rule of six for meeting outdoors will be dropped and hotels, cinemas and soft play areas will be allowed to re-open.
