Three charities boosted thanks to Boston Classic Car Club

The evening was dedicated to presenting the amount collected by the club over 2023 to the charity or charities nominated by the membership.

A total of £1,500 was split equally between Marie Curie Lincolnshire, MacMillan cancer support and the St Barnabas Hospice.

A club spokesperson said: “The charities chosen were suggested by member June McCreary in memory of her husband Ian, who passed away in 2022, and was sadly followed by June herself last year.

“During the presentation, two of our younger members, Emmy and Pip Knipps, also handed over their pocket money to the charities in memory of their grandad, the late John Fisher.
