Ashleigh Higginson braved the shave to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Never having had short hair before, the 22-year-old underwent the close cut ordeal at aptly-named Cafe Clip last week with hairdresser Michelle Butler and raised around £600 for the charity.
“It actually feels really good,” said Ashleigh.
“I just wanted to do something to raise some money for this charity and I would like to thank everyone who supported me.”
