Volunteer sought to support team at Louth Police Station

The role needs volunteers who have an organised and methodical approach to administrative tasks, and who pay attention to detail in their work.

IT skills will be required with some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and a pleasant and confident telephone manner is required, as is the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.

Specific tasks will include taking and making calls on behalf of the team, arranging meetings and inviting attendees, taking minutes at meetings, updating social media channels on behalf of the team, and any additional duties in support of the team.

Full training is provided, and the role is around two or three hours per week.
