Woman dies in collision near Goltho

A call was received about the incident at 5.48pm on Saturday, December 12.

The collision involved two vehicles; a black Ford Mondeo and a white Vauxhall Mokka.

A woman, aged in her 30s, sadly died.

A man in his 50s and a woman in her 20s were been taken to hospital for treatment.

A police spokesman said: “If you saw the collision, or witnessed these cars prior to the collision, please call 101 with incident reference number 306 of 12 December.

“We would also urge drivers to check their dash cam footage if they believe they may have captured and footage that might be helpful to the investigation.”
