The facility has 22 different features to ride and was designed and built after months of consultation with children and young people with the company Maverick Industries.

The 832 square metre site was finally opened last Thursday after an eight week build, with youngsters visiting the park eagerly waiting for the chance to use it.

After final safety checks were completed, with many would-be users waiting outside the fencing for three hours or so, the youngsters were able to flood onto the park.
