PICTURE GALLERY: Carnival tradition with Pancake Day

A free event introducing the carnival traditions of Pancake Day to Boston took place recently.

The ‘Pancakes Day Together’ event included games, dances and songs, a performance from Lithuanian folklore group Saduto, a mask making workshop and facepainting, pancakes and pastries.

The event was funded with a £1,500 Boston Big Local Community Events Grant.
