Pimped and primed for prom

The annual prom, which has been running for the past eight years, saw colourful dresses and smart suits out in force.

Prom organiser Bronwen Gwyther said: “It has become a tradition in these past years.

“It’s an American tradition that has bled into British culture.

“It’s really terrific to see everyone dressed up and looking grown up out of school.”

The evening involved four and half hours of dancing, photos, food and fun and was held at Doncaster Rugby Club.
