Playing their cards right

In last week's Market Rasen Mail, we pictured prize winners at the Bridge Club. In 1978, a similar picture appeared, reporting on the presentation evening of that year.

On that occasion, the awards were presented by Mrs Spencer, wife of club chairman Neville Spencer.

At that stage, the club had been in existence for three years.
