Poachers aiming for a winning return

The Poachers have slipped into the United Counties League Premier Division’s drop zone as Rothwell Corinthians picked up back-to-back draws with ON Chenecks and Harborough Town.

But now Gary Edgley’s side will be looking to put that right at Waterworks Field against their 11th-placed opponents.

While Boston are without a win in six games, Ar Tarn haven’t played since December 8, following an abandonment against Leicester Nirvana at the weekend.

Desborough ended their four-game winless run in their last league outing, hammering Sleaford Town 5-1.

Saturday’s match kicks off at 3pm.

The Poachers will then be in action on Boxing day as they host Sleaford (KO 3pm).
