Police call upon community to report further anti-social behaviour in Ruskington

Local police have stated on social media that they are following up reports of youths gathering along the beck on Chapel Street and in the church yard in Ruskington.

Youths are said to be being noisy, drinking/littering and behaving anti-socially towards local residents and passers by.

Comments have also been noted on the Ruskington Watch Facebook page about anti-social behaviour of youths in the park on Parkfield Road, but this behaviour is not being reported direct to police on 101.

The local policing team states Anti-Social Behaviour is defined as behaviour by an individual or group that results in creating a public nuisance or a detrimental impact upon the environment and thereby has a detrimental effect upon the quality of life of an individual or the community as a whole.

You can report such incidents to Lincolnshire Police on 101, with a description of the persons involved (number in the group, age, description of clothing) at the time of the incident. When reported, police can attend the area and speak with the people responsible and take the necessary action.
