Police close road between Sleaford and Ruskington due to collision

Lincolnshire Police reported shortly before 4.30pm that the A153 at Leasingham Moor was closed due to a collision and they would update further later.

The incident has reportedly happened between the A17 and Speedway Corner with police, fire crews and ambulances attending as well as the air ambulance.

The road is blocked at the junction with the A153 and the B1209 Moor Lane.

Witnesses have reported seeing one vehicle had left the road and was in a dyke. A car and a motocycle thought to be involved at the junction of Papermill Lane and the A153.

Traffic has been diverted via Leasingham, resulting in a build up of vehicles at the A17/A15 Holdingham Roundabout

Stagecoach East Midlands has rpeorted via twitter that its Sleaford to Lincoln buses had been delayed.
