Police hunt flasher in Lincoln

A 25-year-old woman reported walking with two children over the bridge in the park, which is close to Russell Street, at around 1.10pm on Sunday 1st March when a man approached her from the direction of the riverbank on the Newark Road side and exposed his genitals.

He is described as a white man, aged between around 20 and 25, of around 5ft 9in in height, wearing a grey tracksuit hooded top with the top up, and grey tracksuit bottoms. It is not clear in which direction he left.

Officers investigating the incident would like to hear from anyone who may have seen a man matching the description in the area or anyone who has any information which is relevant to the enquiry.
