Police name Sleaford man killed in road tragedy

Police have today (Sunday) released the name of a 23-year-old Sleaford man tragically killed in a road crash near Anwick.

Frazer Armitage, a pedestrian, was certified dead at the scene of the crash with a lorry in the early hours of Saturday, February 27.

The accident happened at 2.10am on that day between Anwick and Speedway Corner, near Ruskington.

The Volvo lorry driver, a 32-year-old Ruskington man, escaped injury.

Police closed the road for some time after the accident.
