Police offer thanks after bank card theft CCTV appeal is successful

Police investigating the theft of a bank card from a Boston pub say a man they were looking to speak to has been identified.

Officers released CCTV of the man yesterday (Wednesday) as part of their investigation into the incident at the Stump and Candle, in the Market Place, on February 5 between the hours of 1-4am.

The card was taken from the victims coat and later used to purchase beer at the Co-op in Eastwood Road.

Lincolnshire Police thanked witnesses for their support and that they would update in due course.
