Police release CCTV image as part of handbag theft appeal

Police have released a CCTV image as part of an investigation into the of a handbag from a vehicle in Burgh le Marsh.

The bag was stolen from a delivery van whilst it was making deliveries in the area on Thursday, March 17.

A bank card from inside the bag was used at two different banks in Skegness later the same day. Around 2.40pm, it was used at the TSB cash machine on Roman Bank and just before 2.50pm, it was used at the Natwest on Lumley Road.

The investigating officer has issued a CCTV image of a man who may be able to assist with the enquiry.
