Police seek male witness after South Reston collision

Lincolnshire Police are hoping to trace a male witness in connection with a collision in South Reston.

At around 6pm yesterday (Tuesday), a single vehicle collision took place on Main Road, South Reston, travelling from the Mablethorpe direction.

A man and a woman travelling in a grey Vauxhall Insignia, both in their seventies, were injured in the collision.

They were not seriously hurt and were taken to hospital for treatment.

A police spokesman said: “A man witnessed the collision and stopped at the scene to talk to paramedics who attended, but his details were not recorded.

“The collision is not believed to be suspicious but we would like to trace him to help establish the exact circumstances involved.”
