The Rowbotham’s Round Rotherham International trail event is 50 miles in length and starts and finishes at Dearne Valley College.

The difficult course is mainly off-road, over styles, woods, fields, overgrown tracks and likely to be very muddy, with the runners required to navigate as they go.

The group will be running in aid of the Sheffield Children’s Hospital and are encouraging as many people as possible to come along and cheer them on.

The run stars at the college at 7am on Saturday 20th October.
