Caroline was elected as the MP in December 2016 and has spent her short time in Westminster campaigning for improvements to local NHS services, the rollout of superfast broadband for everyone and better local road infrastructure.

As a farmer’s wife Caroline understands the importance of agriculture to the local economy and welcomes the Conservative manifesto commitments to maintain support for this sector of the economy until 2022.

Caroline said: “Good public services require a strong economy to fund them. Brexit offers great opportunities for businesses to grow and export but it is crucial that we get the best possible deal. A strong mandate for Theresa May will enable us to make the most of the opportunities Brexit will bring.”
