Should there be fewer county councillors?
The independent Local Government Boundary Commission for England is asking people across Lincolnshire to comment on its proposals to reduce the number of county councillors.
The Commission’s recommendations propose the authority should have 70 county councillors, seven fewer than the current arrangements, representing single-member divisions.
An eight-week public consultation will end on February 8. It is open to anyone who wants to have their say on new electoral divisions, boundaries and names across Lincolnshire.
