Members thanked Mr Odlin, who is moving to the coast, for his “sterling service” to the appeal and branch.
The position is now open for anyone who might like to take it on.

In the past, Mr Odlin has also helped to clean the war graves in the cemetery.
Members considered a letter from the Commonwealth War Grave Commission regarding the upkeep and cost of doing this work in 13,000 locations.
The Commission pays Spilsby Town Council £30 a year to maintain the war graves and members agreed this should continue.
