Post mortem results “inconclusive” following unexplained death of Market Rasen man

A post mortem examination which took place today, following the death of a man in Market Rasen on Friday evening (April 4), has returned “inconclusive” results. As reported yesterday, a 35-year-old man died in unexplained circumstances shortly after paramedics were called to an address in Chapel Street.

Police are now awaiting the results of various tests which will hopefully reveal the exact reason for the death, although it could be several weeks before the results of those tests are available.

Meanwhile, two local men aged 43 and 23 were arrested in connection with the death, and have since been released on police bail.
