A PILOT managed by the county’s Phoenix Stop Smoking Service has been nominated for a prestigious national award.
The scheme, which offers carbon monoxide testing to all pregnant women and subsequent appointment with a stop smoking advisor, is up for a Royal College of Midwives Excellence Award.
