Pyjama party for Isle and Doncaster charities
A pyjama party with a difference takes place tomorrow to raise funds for two great charities.
The pool-based Puddle Ducks Pyjama Party is on the morning of October 15 and afternoon of October 18 at DW Fitness, Bawtry Road, Selby, and will raise vital cash for Epworth-based cancer charity Team Verrico, and Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
A Puddle ducks spokeswoman said: “We believe it’s our duty to ensure our swimmers know what it feels like to be in water while wearing clothes. Even though they feel heavier, they can still do those all-important reactions of kicking to the surface and reaching for the side. We do all of this while making sure the children still have fun!”
