RECENT NOSTALGIA: Africa day at Boston school
Children at St Mary's Primary School, in Boston, enjoyed a whole day studying African culture in early 2007.
Tribal sculptures were the theme of the day, and the youngsters learned all about this fascinating subject from seasoned traveller Peter Wengraf, who led the day.
The day was part of the school’s policy to involve the children with other cultures, and other planned theme days at St Mary’s include Egyptian Day and African Art Day.
