RECENT NOSTALGIA: Kirton pupils awarded for their cooking skills
Forty-three pupils from Years Seven, Eight, and Nine at Kirton Middlecott School received special awards for their cooking skills in January 2007.
The school had been taking part in the Active Kids Get Cooking award scheme in conjunction with Sainsbury’s.
The students were asked to design and make healthy salads, cakes, and pizzas, carrying out product analysis and market research before donning their chef’s hats and getting cooking.
