Remand for firearm man

A MAN accused of having a firearm in Retford town centre in the early hours has been remanded in custody.

David Baguley, 22, of Percival Crescent, Sutton-in-Ashfield, appeared at Notts Crown Court by video link from prison.

He is accused of having an air weapon in Retford on 3rd November with intent to cause fear of violence.

He was held in custody for his own welfare, the court was told.
