Rent an allotment in Horncastle
Do you fancy getting fit for spring? Horncastle Town Council could have the perfect answer.
The council has a number of allotments available for rent.
Town clerk Gillian Mauger said: “Having an allotment is a great way to keep fit and a chance to grow your own fruit and vegetables - and save money into the bargain.”
The allotment plots available are located off Churchill Avenue. Plots are approximately 7x15 metres. The rent is £15 a year, with a £45 deposit (returned if the plot is handed back in a tidy state).
