The former Number 20 restaurant on Southgate has been converted by restaurateur Andrew Parks of Sleaford into Cowboy Broncos. He opened his first branch in Grantham in 2014 and is looking to franchise the formula by the end of 2016.

The restaurant put on some special dishes for Saturday’s busy opening night including huge, foot-long ‘tomahawk’ steaks and ‘Jacob’s ladder’ racks of ribs.

Mr Parks, pictured here with staff members Paige Reed and Paige Hirst on Saturday, said they wanted to demonstrate what their trained chef could offer. “I hope Sleaford will find extremely good quality food at very affordable prices,” he said.

The eaterie will be offering a VIP fine dining experience at reasonable prices, as well as ribs, burgers and 21-28 day aged steaks and marinades, plus competitive lunch menu.
