Retford: Fire chief’s charity bike ride
Notts chief fire officer Frank Swann is taking on a huge challenge over the weekend of Saturday 1st - Sunday 2nd June.
He will cycle around every single fire station in the county - a route which spans more than 180 miles.
On Saturday he will call in at Retford Fire Station where there will be a special bike safety event going on from 2pm - 5pm.
Everyone is invited to get their bike checked over for safety issues and there will be a team teaching cycling proficiency.
