Retford man admits GBH

Ross Lawson, 21, of Spital Hill, pleaded guilty at Nottingham Crown Court to the offence against Ben Fletcher on 11th September last year.

Lawson’s plea of not guilty to the more serious charge of grievous bodily harm with intent was accepted.

Judge Jonathan Teare bailed him until sentencing on 22nd March.
