Baker said he had gone to the house to collect his mobile phone and to fix a light on the complainants car. He said he did not intentionally smash it and only ‘knocked on it.’

Baker was sentenced to a 12-month community order with 12 months supervision, a 12-month restraining order, 120 hours unpaid work, and £60 compensation.
