Retford: Retail champion Clare Rayner confirmed as a keynote speaker at BExpo event

Clare will be sharing her 10 Steps to Retail Success at the event at Retford Town Hall on Tuesday, 13th May.

Clare is one of the most well-known and respected retail experts in the UK.

Her speciality lies with championing the success and sustainability of smaller, independent retailers and suppliers to retail.

“Clare is a fantastic addition to our keynote speakers,” said Jon Rogers of CreateInn, and one of the BExpo organisers, along with Claire Weingaertner of Focus Accounting and Alison Leckenby.

Clare started out as a fast-track graduate store management trainee for McDonalds,and then went on to work with leading retailers such as Marks & Spencers and Argos, and was then headhunted into senior consulting roles.

In 2011, she launched Independent Retailer Month in the UK, and then created Celebrate and Independent Christmas in 2012 and featured nationwide Christmas Shopping Crawls in high streets and retail communities nationwide.

Regularly seen on BBC and Sky News, as well as featuring on various radio stations and in the media, she has a great CV and a wealth of experience she can pass onto others.
